Tullahoma is home for me. I moved here because affordability gave my family more room to live outside of the mortgage, and that still shapes how I think about a move. Arnold Air Force Base and the Arnold Engineering Development Complex are part of Tullahoma’s local geography and a frequent reason people relocate here. I start with the work location and the drive you are willing to make, then compare budget, property type, daily routine, and the other places you need to reach.

Utilities, zoning, and property records

Tullahoma Utilities Authority provides electric, water, wastewater, and broadband services within its service area. Availability still needs to be checked for the specific property. For land use and permits, use current City Planning & Codes materials. Coffee County parcels should be checked with the Coffee County Property Assessor; Franklin County parcels use the Franklin County Property Assessor and Register of Deeds.
